At this place I would like to share various types of creative works with you such as selected arworks and projects. Additionally I keep you informed about new pieces of clothing which I am creating!
From all the artistical products which I have created so far is this one still special for me wherefore I would like to share it with you.
It is a booklet which I realised in my first year of study. There it served as visual backup for a dress made out of denim. Its design was affected by the term "incomplete".
The booklet itself is completely made out of folded pages which could fit to the page before or behind. Therefore some of the appearing pictures seem kind of surreal.
After a lot of reorganizing and translation work this blog and the whole Website is finally belingual namely in english and german. While the shop speaks for all visitors all the other subjects like lookbook, collection and blog are to be found in the subitems of the particular language (EN/ DE).
The Lookbook is still under construction because there are some renovtions going on there as well. Moreover there is new photo materail in progress. I am happy presenting several new designs soon!
This illustration which I created in cooperation with Priska Engelhard is celebrating its second publication on "taz.blogs". There the mixed media artwork serves as visual support of the short essay "Das Absurde hat Gesichter" written by Mesut Bayraktar.
In his blog for "Stil-Bruch" he is writing about literature, theatre and philosophy besides being the main editor of "Nous. Zeitschrift für neue Literatur". You can read more about Nous. here as well. Moreover his first book with the title "Die Belagerten" is going to appear soon.
These mixed media works are early Illustrations where I focused on shifting different landscapes and putting them together in an unusual constellations. They reflect the content of the myth of Daedalus and Icarus and is conductive to the identically named collection "IKARUS-Leaving the maze" as carrier of the mood.
The 8th publication of the magazine "Nous. Neue Literatur" arrived fresh from the press and is waiting to be delivered soon. Since the last issue I am in charge of the layout and am still creating Illustrations that fits the contents of the texts and poems together with other chosen artists. The writings, which these young people spawn, are showing the circumstances we are confronted with in our society and try to get to the bottom of them. The cover which I created alienates the painting in the middle of the triptych "The Garden of Earthly Delights" by Hieronimus Bosch.
If you are interested in the issue please don't hesitate to ask me or the desk of Nous. We are always happy about prying eyes and new readers!
Some weeks ago a sweet young woman named Lea approached and asked me to create a cap for her that looks like a lion. She told me that she admires my animal inspired caps since she saw them the first time and that she likes cats the most. Therefore I started research on suitable faux fur fabric and after modifying the pattern I developed another animal-inspred cap that made another person very happy and ready for next winter that will come surely.
These are the results of the second shooting the photographer Bülent Kirschbaum did with the amazing dancer Diana Richter and the dress I developed. Maybe Diana was our destiny in this project if you mind the fact that this is the roman name of Artemis and that she is looking fantastic!

When I traveled to Copenagen I also paid a visit to the glyptotheque where I found this statue of Artemis and Iphigenie. After posting this picture at instagram Bülent Kirschbaum a photographer with whom I have already worked before got in touch and asked me to realize these dresses. This is the first material I got from him after he had a fitting with the dancer Tashina Mende. It left me stunned and I hope you enjoy the clip as well.
